Does MotionFurni charge sales tax?
Yes. Because sales tax rates and rules vary by state and local jurisdiction, we apply sales taxes based on where you're shipping your order. You will see the estimated taxes in your bag during checkout, and the exact taxes will be calculated and charged at the time of shipping.

How can my order be tax-exempt? How do I set up a tax-exempt account?
To place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call MotionFurni Customer Support at WhatsApp +86 181 2286 0115. You will need to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not applicable.

How come this website won’t accept my credit card?
In the event your credit card is declined, a notice will appear on the screen indicating the reason the payment was rejected.

Is this a secure website?
Yes, MotionFurni.com is an SSL-certified website that provides an encrypted connection for sensitive data sent to and from the website such as your credit card number, name, address, and other private information. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at order@motionfurni.com or call us at +86 181 2286 0115 (9 am - 5pm China Time, Mon-Fri) within 1 hour of placing the order. We will issue a full refund if the order is canceled and the product has not yet shipped. If 1 hour has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery, it can not be canceled then and will need to go through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. We will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Should you choose to reject the delivery, we will deduct the initial shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs from your refund.

Will I receive a bill in the mail?
No, you will receive a copy of your order via email.

How do I return my order?
Please email us via order@motionfurni.com or call us at +86 181 2286 0115 about your return request. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.
Returned Items: A 30-day, risk-free policy applies to all items.
All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition. Items returned in other than “like new” condition may be subject to additional restocking fees. Returned items are subject to inspection before issuing a refund.
All returned items must be unassembled and repackaged in the manner they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
Customers are responsible for shipping on items returned after the 30-day, money-back guarantee expires. Please let us know the tracking number of the shipment. If we offer a prepaid shipping label to you, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If, however, your product arrived with defects or the wrong product was delivered, MotionFurni will cover all return shipping fees.

After I submit my order, how soon will I receive the product?
If the item you order is in stock, and shipping to an address within California or Tennessee, it takes only 2 business days at most. If shipping to an address outside of those 2 states, it takes 2-5 business days. If the item is back-ordered, it will ship as soon as it is restocked according to the shipping schedule previously mentioned.

How can I track the status of my order?
A confirmation of your order, which contains a shipment tracking number, will be emailed to you the day the product ships. Follow the status of your shipment at FedEx.com.
You can also log in to our website, and go to DASHBOARD – ORDERS – TRACK ORDER to check the status of your order.

Can you ship to a PO Box?
We’re sorry, but our shipping services require a physical address, so we are unable to fulfill orders to PO Boxes.

Can you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, we can. Contact MotionFurni via email at service@motionfurni.com for a shipping quote.

Can you ship internationally?
Shipments outside of the U.S. require additional shipping costs, duties, and taxes, therefore MotionFurni is not able to take orders for international delivery through this website.
