For back-ordered items, kindly check the selections carefully when placing an order, as the shipping time frames are constantly updated in real-time.
Your transit time and carrier may vary. Some products are shipped in separate packages and may have different arrival times.

Return & Exchange Policy for Standing Desks, Arm Monitors and the other goods
30-Day Return Policy: Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for hassle-free returns. If you wish to exchange your item, please purchase the replacement first. Price differences will be settled after the exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days have passed.
Item Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging. To qualify for returns or exchanges, the items must be in new, unused condition and free of stains, damages, or odor.

Late Delivery Issue:
Mostly the goods will deliver to most area by 5-8 working days, except some national holidays or subject to force majeure.
We will send the shipping tracking number to you within 3 working days, or not, you can also email to us to consulte the details reasons.
If your do not get goods on time, first, please contact us by email ASAP. And we will reply you ASAP.

If the goods are late to arrive your address without any reasons notification 7 days later than the scheduled deliery time, we will send you a totally new one goods ASAP.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International addresses is currently not available. Shipping address are in USA continent only.
*Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, chances of your delivery getting delayed are high. We will appreciate your patience during those times.
Shipping Address Modification
Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12 p.m. PST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after you place your order.

Note:
Our Free Delivery does not require a signature, and your order will be left on your doorstep. Kindly ensure to check your order’s tracking number. It will include the expected delivery date as a guarantee of the receipt of your item. FedEx and UPS do not honor claims of lost packages if delivered to the correct address. We will not be liable for such claims.
Eligible Items: Please email to us: service@motionfurni.com for assistance if you buy height adjustable standing desks and want them to be delivered to your room.
Delivery Time: 5-8 business days to most areas.
Delivery Location: A team will unload your shipment from the truck and transport it to the room of your choice at the delivery location. There is a 2-floor maximum on stairways. Otherwise, deliveries can be made to any floor with direct access to an appropriately sized elevator.
Scheduling Required: Once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal, the delivery company will call you to set up a date and a 4-hour appointment window. The driver will then call you 30 minutes prior to delivery.
Signature Required: Someone must be present to accept the delivery and sign for it. Otherwise, the item(s) will not be unloaded from the truck.
Available in the lower 48 U.S. states only. Not available in Alaska, Hawaii and any other places that are out of North America continent.
