Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MotionFurni purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy.

Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 Shipping Cost for return goods:

You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number by providing a Express delivery shipping Label, which was provided and issued by MotionFurni FOR FREE. Motionfurni will pay for the shipping label costs.

General information for all returns:

Only new and undamaged products can be refunded, damaged items cannot be refunded. All returned merchandise must be unpacked and repackaged in the same condition as received. Please send us an email with your return request, order number, reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
You will be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number that we issue you.
We will issue a refund after inspecting the product, and return orders are generally processed within 5 days.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

 

Refund Time: 

Returns are processed and credited within 5 days of receipt.

Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.

 The seller would rigidly follow up this policy regulation to provide refund service to you all.

 

Where would refund proceed? How long do refunds take to process?

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment.
  • The refund process will be completed mostly within 5 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
30-day risk-free return policy:
 You are free to return any item* within 30 days of receipt.
 A 30-day, risk-free return policy applies to all items*.
 No shipping fee is applied for the return of the item as long as it complies to the 30-day, risk-free return policy.
 The 30-day, risk-free return policy is only for orders* within the continental United States.
 This offer applies to any return of up to three items*. If you are ordering more than three desks, let us help you order a sample desk to make sure you are happy with everything before placing a larger order.

Motionfurni will send you an shipping label for the shipping cost within continental United States.

Customers do not need to pay for the shipping cost. 

Handling Fee: Customers do NOT need to pay any handling fee according to the 30-day risk-free return policy. 

 

Return after 30 days of receipt

 You are NOT ALLOWED to return any items after 30 days of receipt, if it's not the manufacture's quality issue.

For quality issues, after you have confirmed it with the seller, you can get a shipping label to ship the goods back. And you can ship the goods to below address after you have confirmed the shipping issue with seller.

As there are two shipping address, you should check which addres is near to you, and ship your goods to the one which is near to you.

What's Not Returnable / Refundable? (*)
 Bulk orders of more than three items - We do not accept returns on bulk orders. For this reason, we suggest that you order just one item to test before placing an order for more than three of any one item.
 Special Order items (Items that are made to order).
 The shipping fee by the customer paid for premium shipping service.
 Clearance and re-sale products with original package.
 The paid shipping amount (such as CEVA Beyond Zone extra shipping fee)
 No installation services will be refunded for a return, and disassembly is not a service that we provide.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at service@motionfurni.com, within 1 hour of placing the order and before 12pm Central, but we are can not make sure that order can be canceled as all the shipment was automatically by software control. So, please make sure you really need to make the order, or not we can not make sure you can cancel the order once you have make the payment.

We will issue a full refund if the order is canceled if the product has not yet shipped. If one hour has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and will need to go through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, MotionFurni will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

Backordered Items

In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.

Tips

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed – delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, inventory shortages, or other events that we have no control over. We’ll always do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about shipping, please email to us: service@motionfurni.com, and we will try to reply you within 24 hours, no more than 48hours, if it’s not the holiday or weekend of China and USA.

MotionFurni will be closed the following days in 2024. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.
